This Code has been drawn up by the Executive Committee of the Australasian Promotional Marketing Association, which accepts responsibility for administration. The Code conforms to the principles laid down in the International Code of Sales Promotional Practice prepared by the International Chamber of Commerce and seeks to relate these internationally accepted principles directly to the practicalities of the Sales Promotional Marketing business in Australia.
